Welcome to Talent Enrich. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talent Enrich website at talentenrich.com and all related services (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Talent Enrich ("we", "our", "us"), registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is available through LinkedIn or Google authentication only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Terms for Job Seekers

As a job seeker on the Platform, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and resume, understand that your profile may be visible to registered employers based on your privacy settings, acknowledge that we do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes from using our services, and use the Platform solely for legitimate job-seeking purposes.

You retain ownership of your resume and profile content. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process it for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Terms for Employers

As an employer on the Platform, you agree to post only genuine, legal job opportunities with accurate descriptions and compensation information, comply with all applicable UAE and GCC labour laws, Emiratisation requirements, and anti-discrimination regulations, not misuse candidate data obtained through the Platform for purposes other than recruitment, and pay all applicable fees for premium employer services in accordance with your subscription plan.

6. Reviews & User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to submit anonymous company reviews. By submitting a review, you confirm that you are or were a genuine employee of the company reviewed, your review is truthful and based on personal experience, your review does not contain defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content, and you understand that reviews are subject to moderation before publication.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines. Submitting fake, incentivised, or malicious reviews may result in account termination. Company reviews are anonymous — we will never disclose your identity to the company reviewed.

7. AI-Powered Tools

The Platform includes AI-powered features such as resume building, ATS scoring, and career recommendations. By using these tools, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is a suggestion and should be reviewed before use, we are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations, AI outputs may not be 100% accurate and should be used alongside professional judgement, and your data processed by AI tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Salary Data & Information

Salary data presented on the Platform is compiled from multiple sources including employer reports, anonymous user submissions, and market surveys. This data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed compensation for any role. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, qualifications, company, and market conditions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of salary information.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform, create fake accounts or submit false information, harass, abuse, or threaten other users, post discriminatory, offensive, or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems, use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, or circumvent any security or access controls.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Talent Enrich and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talent Enrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Data deletion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
