Yes, completely. Your identity is never shared with the company. Reviews go through a moderation process to ensure quality and prevent abuse, but reviewer identity remains confidential. We take privacy seriously — no employer can identify who submitted a specific review.

All reviews must pass our verification process: the reviewer must have an account older than 7 days, a profile that is 50%+ complete, and can only submit one review per company. We use automated checks for suspicious patterns and manual moderation for flagged reviews. Companies need a minimum of 10 approved reviews before ratings appear in public rankings.

We use social login for a seamless and secure experience. Simply click "Sign In" and choose either LinkedIn or Google. Your basic profile is created automatically from your social account, and you can then complete your detailed career profile to unlock all features.

You control your visibility. By default, your profile is visible to employers who search our database. You can set your profile to "Private" to hide it from employer searches while still being able to apply for jobs. You can also choose which information is visible on your public profile.

You can request account deletion from your profile settings. This permanently removes your account, profile, applications, and reviews. We comply fully with UAE data protection regulations. Deletion is processed within 30 days, after which all your personal data is permanently erased from our systems.
