An EOR is a company that acts as the legal employer for your workers in a specific country. We handle employment contracts, visa sponsorship, payroll, benefits, and compliance while you maintain day-to-day operational control of the employee. This lets you hire in the GCC without setting up your own local entity.

Not with an EOR. Normally, you cannot sponsor visas or process payroll in the UAE without a registered entity. Our EOR service provides the legal entity and sponsorship infrastructure, so you can hire and manage employees without establishing your own company.
